Refund policy

We take great care in packaging your plant to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if your plant arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including clear photos of both the packaging and the plant and we will do our best to make it right!
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt - plant must be returned in exact condition it was received.
