The Maharani is one of the classic Alocasia hybrids, taking on the textured almost artificial looking foliage of the Melo balanced with the veins and dark colouration of the Black Velvet. This plant is Albo variegated but equally deserves to be called Maharani Pink due to the subtle pink splashes throughout the white variegation. y.
